Brazil: Teaching in Latin America
In collaboration with Casa Thomas Jefferson, UCF students teach English in Brasilia, Brazil.
The Latin American Studies program, in collaboration with Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, is excited to offer this opportunity for UCF students to teach English abroad and participate in community events.
Florence University of the Arts hosts undergraduate students for a six-week program of full linguistic and cultural immersion. Students will stay in Florence, and depart for excursions to Ferrara and Lucca.
Journey Cuba (Spring Break)
Spend your Spring Break immersed in Cuban culture! Students will gain awareness and appreciation of Cuban society, culture and history through direct and unique experiences. Knowledge of Spanish is NOT a requirement.
This program offers students an excellent opportunity for full linguistic and cultural immersion to enhance Portuguese language skills. Outside the classroom, students will have the opportunity to explore different sites in Lisbon with the program director and, outside the capital, guided excursions provided by the host institution.
This program is open to all UCF students interested in Spanish language and culture. It offers an immersive linguistic environment and extensive coursework in other fields. Hosted in Alcalá, about 30km from Madrid, students can get around easily and enjoy the beauty of its historic buildings and plazas as they immerse themselves in the history, language, and culture of Spain.
Moscow/St. Petersburg Russia
Students will be hosted by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and Moscow City University. This program provides full linguistic and cultural immersion to enhance language skills. Morning classes are followed by activities and excursions in Moscow as well as a five-day visit to St. Petersburg.
Improve your French language skills while exploring the city of lights: Paris. This four weeks program is open to all UCF students.
