The UCF Latin American Studies program, in collaboration with Casa Thomas Jefferson, offers this opportunity to teach English abroad. CTJ is currently the largest binational center in Brazil, with around 17,000 students and over 250 teachers.

The mission of this study abroad program is to insert students into a globalized world by way of their knowledge of English, considered now as a bridge or common language between two speakers whose native languages are different.

This program is a particularly good fit for students in the following areas: Latin American Studies, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Education.
