Modern Languages and Literature’s journal, Voices in Italian Americana, has been recognized by the Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes.
The journal has been recognized as a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal in the area of literature and has been added to the National Agency’s list of journals worthy of the designation. Voices in Italian Americana is a semiannual literary and cultural journal dedicated to Italian-American studies, and was co-founded by Dr. Paolo Giordano, one of its early editors. The journal’s current Editor in Chief is Dr. Chiara Mazzucchelli.
