Academic Success Coaching
Did you know? Advising at UCF is now called Academic Success Coaching. Learn what this means for you here.
About CAHSA
CAHSA is the primary office charged with providing academic support services to undergraduate students in the College of Arts and Humanities (CAH). Students in CAH are assigned a CAHSA advisor as well as a major advisor. CAHSA actively seeks to schedule advising appointments with students on an ongoing basis and our advising team is also available on a walk-in basis. In order to ensure awareness of the resources and opportunities available at the university, optimize their individualized experience, and to ensure graduation in four years, CAH students are encouraged to promptly respond to advising requests from their assigned CAHSA and major advisors.
Effective 8/9/2021, CAHSA offers both in-person and remote advising services
For advising support, students in CAH majors should email their assigned CAHSA advisor, which can be found in their myUCF Student Center, or schedule an appointment through myKnight STAR. All other inquiries should be directed to [email protected].
GET ADVISING!
In CAHSA, you are assigned an advisor by the first letter of your last name. If you are unsure who your advisor is, check out our advisor assignments. The best way to reach your advisor is by email from your UCF email account. As a reminder, you should be checking your UCF email daily!
The Arts and Humanities Matter
The NEH and NEA support critical initiatives for UCF faculty and students
The NEA and its counterpart, the National Endowment for the Humanities, enrich the lives of communities through access to the arts. Like UCF, these agencies are fostering creativity, inspiring future generations, and lifting lives and livelihoods throughout our community.
