The UCF College of Graduate Studies hosts a wide variety of forms and references for graduate and postgraduate processes including program application, thesis and dissertation, advising, assistantships, fellowships, funding, teaching, graduation and more.
Graduate Studies Forms and FilesA few relevant examples include:
- Thesis Advisory Committee Form (must be approved by the program director, department chair, and dean’s representative prior to enrollment in thesis hours)
- Graduate Petition Form (when unusual situations arise, petitions for exceptions to policy may be requested by the student)
- Special Leave of Absence Form
- Traveling Scholar Request Form (a request to take advantage of special resources–such as course offerings or research opportunities–available at another university but not at UCF)
