Dr. Barry Kerzin, a Buddhist monk and personal physician to the Dalai Lama, will give two presentations to students and lead a public workshop at the University of Central Florida. Kerzin is a licensed physician who gave up his traditional medical practice in the United States to charitably serve high lamas and the poor in India.
Kerzin will talk with UCF students about philosophy and religion during a presentation from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 6. The lecture, which is free and open to UCF students, will be held at UCF’s East Orlando campus, in room 122 of Classroom Building I. Read the complete story from UCF Today.
