At the end of each term, interns are required to give a formal presentation sharing what they learned, skills they gained, and the challenges they faced as an intern.

The department offers many opportunities for both undergraduates and graduates to gain hands-on experience putting history skills to work in the community. Public History internships provide you with the chance to gain real-world, professional experience on the job while earning course credit.
