“There is something so powerful about filmmaking—it’s like a multi-dimensional canvas that allows for a synthesis of all arts to tell a story in a way that comes from your own raw perception. I not only want to make a difference for women working in the film industry, but also change how they are represented in the films themselves.”

I wish I could describe the feeling you get when you know your doing what you were meant to do. It’s a strong emotion almost and overwhelming feeling, anxious, excited for what the future has in store.

By capturing these small fragments of time, I want to slow down and give breath to the days that seem to slip away. They provide reflection, satisfying my romantic yearnings for nostalgia, while still further grounding myself in the present. These photographs, and the process of making them, have become an integral part of my daily life.

Being an artist is being able to comprehend and capture time and also create and shape the future. It is essentially the beauty and evolution of life. I’m not looking to only contribute to the artistic community. I want to inspire and enthrall anyone and everyone through visual media and my unique imagination.
