Victor joined the faculty of the School of Visual Art and Design in the Fall of 2011. Prior to coming to SVAD, Victor worked at UCF's Center for Distributed Learning, where he created graphics in support of faculty who teach online courses.

Besides teaching, Victor is an illustrator and designer whose clients include Scholastic Book Fairs, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, Highlights Magazine, Brainplay Magazine, Sloppy Joe's Restaurants, the Orlando Repertory Theatre, General Mills, and The Orlando Weekly.

Victor is also the founder of the central Florida illustrator collective Giant Illustrators; is President Emeritus of AIGA Orlando; serves on the National Board of AIGA, the professional association for design; serves on the AIGA Design Educators Community Steering Committee; and hosts CreativeMornings Orlando.
