Pin Up Review

Applicants must virtually submit samples of their best architectural design studio work from the Design 1-4 courses.

A team of faculty and industry professionals will rate each exhibit. While rating exhibits on the basis of overall quality rather than individual categories, they will look for examples of the following:

Design process: Development of ideas, as well as two- and three-dimensional diagramming skills.
Design resolution: Organizational skills in both two- and three-dimensions relating to spatial enclosure and circulation systems.
Communication skills: Drawing quality (free-hand and hardline); three-dimensional drawings (axonometric, one-point and two-point perspectives); use of hierarchy in organizing information; and model-building skills.

  • Undergraduate Admission Application and Document Deadline – Required items:
    • Complete Undergraduate Admission Application on-line
    • Pay application fee on-line
    • Request/send official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
    • Request/send official high school transcripts (if foreign language was taken in high school)
    • Submit/send official test scores where applicable (CLEP, AP, IB, etc.)
    • Non-US Citizens-submit international documents such as Permanent Resident Alien Card (photocopy of both sides), Visa, etc. if applicable
