Pavel Zemliansky was awarded a grant from the Council for Programs in Technical and Scientific Communication. This grant program is intended to:
- Promote programs in technical and scientific communication
- Promote research pertaining to programmatic issues in technical and scientific communication, or
- Develop opportunities for the exchange of ideas and information concerning programs, research, and career opportunities.
Zemliansky will study online graduate courses in professional communication to determine the impact of client-based writing assignments on the students’ professional writing abilities in order to improve curriculum and assignment design.
