Our Mission
Our mission for Empty Bowls: Central Florida is for our students to see that they can make positive change through their art-making and create a big impact in their local community. This event is to raise proceeds for our local United Global Outreach (UGO), as well as raising funds for our very own Knights Helping Knights Pantry at UCF. Attendees will receive a handcrafted ceramic bowl, light soup luncheon and provide a meal for a student or a community member in need.
With each $20 suggested donation, the attendee will receive; a handcrafted bowl made by UCF School of Visual Arts and Design students, a bowl of soup, a beverage, and a cookie for dessert.
