Student-Produced Theatre Opportunities

Project Spotlight

Founded in 2004, Project Spotlight is the only student developmental theatre organization on the UCF campus. This student-run organization is dedicated to giving all majors a chance to take part in productions and to developing new works through our One Act Festivals, Ten Minute Play Competitions and participation in UCF Celebrates the Arts.

Playback UCF

Playback theatre is a form of improvisational theatre where a troupe of actors and musicians create scenes honoring audience storytellers and their stories. Sometimes funny, sometimes serious, but always honest, Playback has the potential to transform audiences into a community.

Playback UCF is composed of UCF undergraduate and graduate students under the mentorship of faculty member Sybil St. Claire.

QSO

Quadruple Stuffed Oreos is a student-produced sketch comedy group. QSO was founded by UCF students in 2013. Since their fresh-baked beginnings, they have strived to dunk themselves headfirst into the cookie jar of comedy. Their variety pack includes original sketches, improv games, and video shorts all designed to show us the better, creamier, half of life.
