Apply for the Pabst Steinmetz Foundation Arts & Wellness Innovation Awards now through October 10. Two winners will be selected and receive $25,000 each. The purpose of the awards is to build sustainable models for arts and wellness innovation both across the community and UCF campus.

UCF’s Nicholson School of Communication and Media and WUCF-TV partnered with Central Florida’s WMFE 90.7FM to bring the program to Orlando April 29-May 3. Four of the six students selected to participate in Orlando’s “boot camp” are from UCF.

9th Knights Write Showcase celebrates exceptional student writing across disciplines

The 9th annual Knights Write Showcase, a celebration of first and second-year student writing, was held at the Pegasus Ballroom on February 11, 2019. Hosted by the Department of Writing & Rhetoric, the annual Knights Write Showcase demonstrates how writing and communication is important in every field, with the winners and panelists hailing from a variety of majors.
