UCF invites the community to campus on June 8 to honor and remember the 49 lives taken at Pulse.

Mark Gerstein, associate professor of UCF’s School of Visual Arts & Design, has been chosen to exhibit in the 2017 Orlando Museum of Art Florida Prize in Contemporary Art. This annual event celebrates the achievements and innovation of Florida artists and the vision and talent inherent in their work.

A University of Central Florida team of scholars has been awarded a $290,000 contract from the National Cemetery Administration, an agency of the Department of Veterans Affairs, to archive the stories of veterans buried in the Florida National Cemetery for a new generation of students. UCF is one of three universities selected to launch the NCA’s Veterans Legacy Program.
