At the request of the Historical Review, a publication of The Florida Supreme Court Historical Society, the Florida Historical Quarterly and efhq proudly reproduce Kenneth A. Cutler, “Who Was Justice Macrae?” an article which appeared in the Fall/Winter 2021 issue of the Review.  Kenneth A. Cutler received the 2022 Golden Quill Award from the Florida Historical Society for this article.  The Golden Quill “recognizes outstanding contributions by print media to the understanding of Florida history.”
