Each year, the Department of Writing and Rhetoric hosts an annual celebration of writing at UCF known as Knights Write. The WAC Programs collaborates on this event by adding programming that highlights the role and relevance of writing across and within disciplines.

In 2022, WAC Director Laurie A. Pinkert hosted and recorded conversations with two UCF seniors about their writing experiences.
