Theatre UCF wins at Kennedy Center regional competition

Theatre UCF students gathered a number of awards at the regional Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival at Georgia Southern University.

BFA Design and Technology student Jack Audet won the Regional National Sound Design Award and will be head to the national competition at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. in April.

BA Theatre Studies student Tommy Heller won the Regional Dramaturgy Award and will join Audet at the national event.

Joshua Goodridge, a junior in the BFA Acting program, was honored with the Comedy Acting Award, and Sariel Toribio, a senior in the BFA Acting program, received the Diversity Acting Award.
