The UCF Marching Knights made history in Dublin, Ireland by representing UCF and the entire nation in the 2025 St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Under the direction of Tremon Kizer and David Schreier, the band performed at historic landmarks across Ireland in the days leading up to the grand event. They entertained Irish residents, tourists, and even the Mayor of Dublin with their dynamic performances in front of majestic Irish castles and other landmark locations on the “Emerald Isle.” The band’s combination of precision, energy and passion captivated audiences throughout the country.
“Every Marching Knight understands that we are representing one of the largest and best universities in the United States, and we take that responsibility seriously. Everyone in Ireland has been awesome, and it’s made me even more proud to be a Marching Knight,” said Elijah Ronan, a junior tenor saxophonist, expressing his enthusiasm for representing UCF on a global stage.
