A play by Linda Daugherty
In partnership with the Orlando Repertory Theatre
EAT dramatizes the dangerous and baffling world of eating disorders in girls and boys, yet is more than a show about eating disorders. It is about our obsession with appearance and body image. Candidly exploring causes and warning signs, the play takes a hard look at the influences of society and the media and tells individual stories of young people struggling with this often tragic epidemic. We especially encourage middle and high school students to attend this reading.
