Over the past ten years, remarkable artistic talent among individuals with autism has been supported and celebrated by UCF Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (UCF CARD), with additional funding from Providing Autism Links and Support (PALS). Autistic artists, supported by UCF CARD, have participated in art development programs, allowing their natural talents to flourish. This year’s exhibit illustrates the growth and unique perspective artists with autism have to offer the world. Come to see their world within the images.
This show is a celebration of alumni from past programs displaying former and current works of pure creativity, graced by autism. Artists, families and staff appreciate UCF’s contributions to promoting appreciation and acceptance of autism in the arts.
Visit the “ASD & AUTISM” space on the 2nd floor of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Orlando FL, April 1 – 13.
