Paolo Giordano, Neil E. Euliano Endowed Professor of Modern Languages and Literatures, is the recipient of the American Association of Teachers of Italian Award for Distinguished Service for 2009. The Award recognizes Giordano’s outstanding merits as a scholar and teacher in the field of Italian studies as well as his academic leadership.
