Character animation junior Kenna Hornibrook has received a 12-week production internship for this summer at DreamWorks Feature Animation in Glendale, California and will be working on the feature film sequel Boss Baby 2. “This is a first time a current (non-graduating) student in our program has received an internship at DreamWorks,” comments associate professor Cheryl Briggs. Students are encouraged to pursue internships to enrich their academic experiences between semesters. Hornibrook is from Bloomington, Minnesota and is one of the student directors on the upcoming 2020 cohort film, Delivery.
