4:00 p.m. – Concert: A Gift for Music
The vision for A Gift For Music is to help every child reach their musical and personal potential. Using a combination of after school, weekend and summer programming, AGFM has one of the most comprehensive string music education programs in the state of Florida.

6:30 p.m. – Concert: Melody Makers from Dream Lake Elementary School
The Melody Makers from Dream Lake Elementary School are an auditioned before and after school singing group that meets four times a week. The choir is made up of students who are currently in third, fourth and fifth grade. They sing in various languages and styles, performing all over Apopka.
Alexandra Mirocha (conductor) graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013 with a double bachelors in music education and music performance. Mrs. Mirocha is an active member of FMEA and FEMEA and has had students in the Florida Elementary All State Chorus. In addition to FMEA, Mrs. Mirocha has served on the OCPS All County Board since 2015. She has taught at Dream Lake Elementary since 2014.
