Art is an Endangered Species: A History of Western Art: Paleolithic – Romanesque, a new book from Margaret Ann Zaho, was recently released by Kendall Hunt Publishing Company.
Featuring more than 200 illustrations, the book covers the early history of Western Art with a focus on visual literacy and the fragile nature of art. Each chapter includes attention to art or architecture that has been damaged, destroyed, stolen, altered, or misappropriated.
