After working with UCF for two years as a visiting professor, Ben Vasko has been promoted to a full-time position as an assistant professor. His hard work and community building earned him this position, creating a lasting impact at UCF.
The UCF Wind Ensemble was one of six ensembles invited to perform at the College Band Directors National Association (CBDNA) Southern Division Conference. This year’s conference will be hosted at the University of South Florida in Tampa, February 19-21, 2026, and the ensemble’s performance will be at 7 PM on Thursday, February 19.
