Open to full-time faculty with any rank at UCF. Two awards given in early spring of each year.<\/span>

Anthony (Tony) Major Scholarship<\/a><\/h2>\n

Open to full-time UCF students with a GPA of 3.20 or higher and commitment to at least one of the following: leadership on issues of peace, high academic achievement, major or minor in Africana Studies, community service, interest in Women’s and Gender issues.\u00a0One award at $250 will be given in the Spring of the following year.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Rosalind Emerson Rohrbaugh Grants<\/a><\/h2>\n

Open to full-time, graduate or undergraduate UCF students pursuing an Honor’s Undergraduate Thesis (HUT), graduate thesis, capstone project, creative works, or dissertation. Two awards at $450 each given in Spring for following academic year.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Women’s and Gender Studies Endowed Scholarship Fund<\/a><\/h2>\n

Presented by the Orange County Medical Society Alliance, the Women’s and Gender Studies Endowed Scholarship Fund supports full-time, undergraduate and graduate UCF students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, who are pursuing a minor in Women’s Studies and demonstrate an interest in women’s and gender issues. Two awards at $1000 each given in Spring for following academic year.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Eleanor Roosevelt Women\u2019s and Gender Studies Award<\/a><\/h2>\n

Open to full-time, undergraduate and graduate UCF students with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, who are enrolled in women\u2019s studies programs or the LEAD Scholars program. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to at least one of the following areas: High Academic Achievements, Community Service-Learning Activity, Interest in Women’s and Gender Issues. One award at $250 will be given in the Spring of the following year.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Martha Hitt STEM Emerging Scholar Scholarship<\/a><\/h2>\n

Open to full-time, undergraduate and graduate UCF students with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, who are pursuing a major or minor in STEM fields. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to at least one of the following: High Academic Achievement, Publication, Membership in STEM Organizations, Community Service Learning, Interest in Women’s and Gender Issues.\u00a0Three awards at $5,000 each will be given in Spring of the following year.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Honors Emerging \u2013 Women\u2019s and Gender Studies Scholarship<\/a><\/h2>\n

Open to full-time, undergraduate and graduate UCF students with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, who are honors students and\/or pursuing a minor, major, or certificate in Women\u2019s Studies. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to at least one of the following areas: High Academic Achievements, Community Service-Learning Activity, Interest in Women’s and Gender issues. One award at $250 will be given in the Spring of the following year.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Dorothy Height Outstanding Women\u2019s and Gender Studies Student Award<\/a><\/h2>\n

Open to full-time, undergraduate and graduate UCF students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, who are pursuing a minor, major, or certificate in Women\u2019s Studies and demonstrate a commitment to at least one of the following areas: High Academic Achievements, Community Service- Learning Activity, Interest in Women’s and Gender issues.
