All disciplines and levels of professional and graduate scholarship are welcome. This conference will foster  discussions of global issues affecting women directly or indirectly through education, the use of technology and the transformation of leadership skills.<\/p>\n<p>This is an interdisciplinary conference organized by the University of Central Florida&#8217;s College of Education, Higher Education &amp; Policy Studies, College of Arts and Humanities, Women\u2019s and
