The assignment is for the course NUR 3165 Nursing Research and is centered around the idea of scaffolded writing tasks which students complete throughout the semester. The project culminates in the writing of a research article critique piece and recommendations for nursing practice based on that research. The assignment reflects the notion of &#8220;evidence-based&#8221; practice which is a guiding principle of modern nursing education.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cah.ucf.edu\/wac\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2016\/01\/Nursing-WAC-Assignment.pdf\">Research Critique Paper and Presentation, NUR 3165 Nursing Research (pdf)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The writing assignments below were developed by the Spring 2014 WAC Fellows from UCF&#8217;s College of Nursing: Norma Connor, Lori Forlaw, and Linda Gibson-Young. These assignment sheets were developed for graduate-level nursing courses.
