Our peer consultants (also sometimes called writing tutors) are UCF graduate and undergraduate students, all of whom take a comprehensive three-credit course, \u201cTheory & Practice of Tutoring Writing,\u201d and participate in ongoing professional development throughout their time at the UWC so they can be prepared to support you and your writing.
