Her thesis, &#8220;The Importance of Education from a Global Perspective: Teaching Don Quixote in the 21ST Century,&#8221; has led her to continue her studies at the graduate level. <\/p>\n<p>Natalia is part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/mll.cah.ucf.edu\/graduate\/spanish.php\">Spanish M.A. program<\/a> and plans to pursue a doctorate after she completes her graduate degree at UCF.<\/p>\n<p>The McNair Scholars Program is UCF\u2019s nationally recognized program dedicated to preparing low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented undergraduate students for graduate education leading to a Ph.D.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Natalia Sep\u00falveda has been awarded a McNair Fellowship to conduct research with Dr. Martha Garc\u00eda, who is her mentor and the director of her undergraduate thesis.
