Lisa Nalbone’s English translation of the short story “Rompecabezas” by Benito P\u00e9rez Gald\u00f3s was commissioned by the Las Palmas, Gran Canaria University Press for publication.\u00a0Nalbone is an associate professor of Spanish in the UCF Department of Modern Languages & Literature,<\/p>\n

This short story is part of a multilingual translation from the original Spanish. The publication includes Nalbone’s translation, as well as others’ translations into Italian, French and German.
