The department of WGST welcomes Dr. Anne Bubriski-McKenzie to join us in Spring 2016 as a Lecturer in Women’s and Gender Studies and Coordinator for the Young Women Leaders Program (YWLP).
\nAnne Bubriski-McKenzie received her M.A. in Women\u2019s Studies at Southern Connecticut State University and her Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Central Florida. Her teachings and research focus on social inequalities, intersectional feminism, and family. She has published works on the scholarship of teaching and learning, social activism, intimate partner violence, feminist theories, and gender images in children\u2019s books.
