Humberto L\u00f3pez Cruz was invited by Panamanian historian and critic, Professor Ricardo R\u00edos Torres to speak at the University of Santa Mar\u00eda la Antigua and Exedra Books in Panama City, Republic of Panama.<\/p>\n
L\u00f3pez Cruz presented lectures on impressions of Panamanian culture from Central Florida and on the last ten years of Panamanian literature as perceived from abroad. In addition, his study of Panamanian literature was recognized by five different cultural and academic associations during his stay in Panama City.<\/p>\n
