The Passing of Dr. Dora Avni

I am saddened at the news that one of our former instructors, Dr. Dora Avni, passed away yesterday in Israel. Dora Avni taught our Hebrew courses for many years, and enriched our program with her enthusiasm, dedication, professionalism, and her love for Hebrew and for Israel. Moshe Pelli Publishes New Book on Haskalah Judaism

Moshe Pelli, Abe and Tess Wise Endowed Professor of Judaic Studies and director of the UCF Interdisciplinary Program in Judaic Studies, has published his new book in Israel.
