{"id":989,"date":"2018-09-13T20:34:58","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T20:34:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/devcahsa.cah.ucf.edu\/?page_id=989"},"modified":"2025-03-17T14:22:43","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T14:22:43","slug":"intent-to-graduate","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cah.ucf.edu\/cahsa\/graduation\/intent-to-graduate\/","title":{"rendered":"Graduating Next Semester"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\"><b>Students planning to graduate next semester must do the following:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule an appointment to meet with your ASC to ensure that you are enrolled in your remaining course work to fulfill program and degree requirements for your major as well as a department advisor for any minors and\/or certificates (if applicable based on the program)<\/li>\n<li>Enroll exclusively in UCF courses for the final term of enrollment during the registration enrollment appointment. See myUCF for the date and time of your enrollment appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Submit the Intent to Graduate (ITG) application through myUCF Student Self Service during the application filing window as posted in the UCF Academic Calendar<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/my.ucf.edu\/\">myUCF<\/a>\u00a0Self Service &gt; Student Center &gt; Other Academic\u2026 &gt; Intent to graduate \u2013 Apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Once submitted, your application will be in the \u201cApplied\u201d status<\/li>\n<li>Complete university and CAH surveys online as part of submitting the Intent to Graduate<\/li>\n<li>Accept enrollment in\u00a0<strong>CAH Students ITG Review webcourse<\/strong> and complete all modules as part of the mandatory Intent to Graduate review process with CAHSA<\/li>\n<li>Respond to CAH graduation (<a href=\"mailto:cahgraduation@ucf.edu\">cahgraduation@ucf.edu<\/a>) emails from your UCF email<\/li>\n<li>After the Intent to Graduate application is filed, you will not be able to enroll in any future term courses beyond the term you have applied for graduation<\/li>\n<li>When you receive a degree from the university, you are \u201cdiscontinued\u201d as a student. If you wish to continue as a non-degree seeking student or to work on a second bachelor\u2019s degree, you must apply for readmission to the university through the Registrar\u2019s Office.
