- English – Creative Writing (B.A.) introduces students to fiction, poetry, and non-fiction prose through the appreciation of existing texts as well as the production of their own texts in these three genres. Students learn the craft of writing creatively through the study of theory and the close analysis of their own practice.
- English – Literature (B.A.) helps students develop the ability to read discerningly, think critically, and write clearly. The study of literature in its historical, cultural, and theoretical contexts helps to reveal to students the ways of people and society while encouraging the lifelong pleasure to be found in this art form.
- English – Technical Communication (B.A.) prepares students to fill the communication needs of the business and scientific community. Students learn how to apply the principles of written, spoken, and visual communication to a wide variety of situations, using state-of-the-art software and hardware in the departmental Technical Writing Laboratory.

- History – Accelerated Undergraduate-Graduate (B.A.) allows highly qualified undergraduate majors in history to begin taking graduate-level courses which will count towards their master’s degree while completing their baccalaureate degree program. Participation will enable completion of a B.A. and M.A. in five instead of six years for students enrolled in full-time course work.

- Latin American Studies (B.A.) provides students with the necessary tools and relevant knowledge to understand, study, and work with Hispanic populations. - Entertainment Management (B.S.) immerses students in the business side of entertainment in design, engineering, operations, finance and marketing and equips them to identify, create and manage successful entertainment products.
- Music (B.A.) combines general training in music with the core of a liberal arts degree. The program is the typical preparation for a broad range of careers in Music Theory, Musicology, Music Librarianship, Music Business and Industry, Church Music, and Recording Technology.
- Music – Jazz Studies (B.M.) integrates performance with dissemination of knowledge. The Jazz Workshop ensembles perform and develop a repertoire and improvisational techniques.
- Music – Music Composition (B.M.) is a professional music degree with areas in music performance (instrumental or vocal), jazz studies, and composition.

- Digital Media (B.A.) allows students to integrate the multiple domains of art, storytelling, and technology. It is designed to provide a solid foundation in techniques and theory in one focused area of competence, provide a broad understanding of related disciplines including arts, humanities, and technology.
- Film (B.F.A.) focuses on film production and provides students with a grounding in the history, theory and aesthetics of film while developing their individual production skills, style and voice as entrepreneurial cinematic storytellers. The program involves the student in the technical, economic and artistic processes of film and encourages creative exploration of the medium and its potential.
- Film (B.A.) offers courses in film theory, history and criticism. The aim of the program is to give students a broad and in-depth knowledge of these areas. The emphasis is on the aesthetics, styles and forms of film.

- Architecture (B.Des.) provides students an opportunity to earn the credentials needed to become a design professional or begin preparing for a career as an architect.
- Art – Emerging Media (B.F.A.) allows students to integrate the multiple domains of art, storytelling, and technology. The program also offers extended experience in working in multidisciplinary teams on realistic problems.
- Art – History (B.A.) offers undergraduate students an opportunity to acquire specific knowledge about art and architecture from prehistory to the present. The curriculum provides a foundation for the understanding of art, in all of its various forms, and encourages the development of visual literacy.
- Art – Studio (B.A.) offers specializations including book arts, ceramics, drawing, drawing and printmaking combination, drawing and illustration combination, painting, photography, sculpture, and type and design.
- Art – Studio Art (B.F.A.) prepares students for professional practices and is recommended for students who plan to attend graduate school. The degree provides a solid foundation in techniques and theory in focused areas of competence. - Art – Visual Arts and Emerging Media Management (B.A.) The Art B.A. in Visual Arts and Emerging Media Management is an interdisciplinary degree that allows students that are interested in the arts outside of studio disciplines to study art and a variety of art-related topics.
- Photography (B.S.) offers advanced studies in studio and digital methodologies, editorial and narrative, aesthetics, the history and theories of photography and the application of all of those considerations towards creating bodies of work that a graduate can use as a stepping–stone to various avenues of image creation.
